I thought twas jz another work day for me. I woke up around 8pm and had my dinner, then went back to sleep before i get to work. Yeah, then i woke up again around 11pm (my shift wud start at midnight).

On my way out the apartment, the guard asked me if i wud ride a taxi. i said no coz it’s pretty much way expensive than just riding on a jeepney. (inot as ever).

While waiting for the jeepney, i already noticed those three guys (whom i thought were also waiting for a ride). although i was a bit nervous thinking they’re bad guys, i was trying to assure myself that i shouldn’t worry coz there were still people on the other side of the road eating balot (or i cud always run my way back home…darn!)

Been waiting for almost 10 minutes but there wasn’t any jeepney already. so i decided to go for a cab (it pains me paying for more than the usual 6-peso jeepney ride). remember those strangers, one asked me whether magtaxi ba daw ko. Obviously i did try na magpara ng taxi so no need to answer that question. besides, i dont talk to creepy looking strangers.

I got a bit nervous when they said maki-hitch daw sila. When finally naa na vacant na taxi, i immediately went inside and told the driver to drop me at eTel. two of those guys tried to get inside the taxi. they were holding the front and the back doors open. i got so nervous and scared really (i don’t have plans becoming a rape victim…) i said to the driver na maglarga na. the driver asked me if i knew those assholes. i said no. the driver said "kulbaa nimo day oi." a big affirmative "YES" to that.

Though i got my pair of scissors with me and my umbrella just in case (for self defense), i should have been more careful. and i don’t think those would really help me that much considering there were three of them.

Note to self: go to the office earlier.

Twas such a scary day. and i’ve got no plans for that to happen again… ever.
