it’s 2:44am. eTel training room. it’s a bit cold in here. aircon kc. i feel sleepy. jz hd my meal. sakit ako tiyan. we’re supposed to be hvng our training but our trainer got sick. meaning, he’s not around ryt now. we hvnt hd anything to do. oh well, the TL told us to read the call guidelines. study them. absorb them. watever. may be eat them… ugh! i’m staring at the PC, writing about my being so bored.

in short, i’m bored…f*ckin’ bored (sorry for the language used; jz so hpn i heard it a lot from the background) oh sorry, i mean motha’ f*cker!

[obviously, coz of it, i wasnt able to get enough sleep - like 8hrs].

I’m pretty much sure most of u have watched Willie’s Wowowee on Channel 2. Other’s myt say baduy kaau ko for watching such show. Yeah, I admit i am. In fact, baduy na jud ko daan. I know how to dance Bomtarat-tarat (well, actually i find it funny… and ummm… funny). I’m amazed seeing Luningning dance during the Pasalog, literally shaking some booty. Milagring is also stunning… and beautiful. I just find myself enjoying the show. A m u s i n g… funny… and at times Dra-Ma-Tic.

When our shift’s almost done, I frequently glance at the clock - counting the hours, minutes, seconds left staring at my PC. Few more calls and i’ll call it a day. Time for me to go home and sleep then. Kahayahay ba lng… the usual thought i hv in mind if it’s almost uwian time. Kapoy nako and i hv to rest muna.

Back to Wowowee… when i get home, i take some nap on the sofa while listening to music (i can do that while sleeping…hehehe). When it’s like around 10am, i wake up and watch Game Ka Na Ba? then Wowowee…

But for me, the show’s sort of stress reliever for me. There’s lots of people in the studio, each with different stories to tell. They somehow help me realize there’s more to life than problems and problems…

There’s that one guy from the province who was able to work in Manila as a cook. He joined the usual mahabang pila just to get the chance to play in Wowowee. He’s mom’s just recently died. He needs to go to the province to attend to the funeral, but has been problematic kung ano gagawin nyang panustos sa burol. The guy had been teary-eyed. Obviously, twas not just some sort of drama. People in the studio, especially those who’s got dollars in their pockets, gave contributions para sa lamay. Twas a touching moment for me. People helping people. So DevCom… and it appears that Wowowee’s not just some gameshow, but indeed a charitable institution.

Drama… drama… drama…

See? There’s more to life than my being stressed out. At least i’ve got work. i have a happy, complete family. I’ve got good friends. I’m able to eat decent meals (though at times, i skip meals). I’ve got clothes. I get to buy pairs of sandals.
